YaffaPOS is operated by YaffaPOS LLC dba YaffaPOS. This policy explains how YaffaPOS handles account, register, owner portal, store operations, diagnostics, and support data for retail businesses and their approved users.

What YaffaPOS Is

YaffaPOS is a register and owner portal for retail stores. Owners, managers, cashiers, installers, and approved business users use it for checkout, employees, pallets, reports, setup, and support.

Account Data

YaffaPOS may collect account and access information such as name, email or login identifier, role, assigned store, authentication/session data, and security signals needed to verify access.

Store Operations Data

YaffaPOS may display or store operational records including sales summaries, orders, tender totals, pallet receiving and opening activity, physical pallet audits, labor and timecard records, notes, alerts, register activity, and store activity history.

Photos And Videos

Authorized managers may attach selected photos or videos as receiving proof or operational evidence for pallet and load records. Businesses are responsible for using this feature lawfully and limiting uploads to business-relevant content.

Device, Diagnostics, And Security Data

YaffaPOS may process app version, register identity, session security signals, request identifiers, diagnostic codes, error logs, activation status, and reliability data needed to keep the service working.

How Data Is Used

Data is used for sign-in, store operations, reporting, audit trails, reconciliation, fraud and abuse prevention, support, diagnostics, reliability, and service improvement.

Sharing

YaffaPOS may use service providers for hosting, security, email, support, and operations. YaffaPOS does not sell personal data and does not use the public site, register, or owner portal for third-party advertising.

User Controls

Store owners or authorized administrators can disable employee access. Users may request correction or deletion through support where legally and operationally allowed. Some records may need to be retained for audit, security, tax, legal, payment, or operational reasons.

Security

YaffaPOS uses HTTPS, access controls, role permissions, audit logs, secure token handling, and diagnostics to protect store data. No system can promise perfect security, but YaffaPOS is built to limit access to authorized users and stores.

Payment And Financial Information

YaffaPOS may display sales, tender, payment status, and operational financial summaries. The YaffaPOS register and owner portal do not directly collect full payment card numbers or card security codes. Payment processing is handled by configured payment providers and their own terms and privacy practices may also apply.
